Together, we find ourselves in an extraordinary situation with COVID-19. In the past few weeks, things have moved very quickly, and this pandemic is affecting our communities, our families and our very way of life.

We expect minimal disruption as a result of this pandemic, RCG is equipped to work in-office as well as remotely via safe, encrypted connections to our in-house systems. RCG has a comprehensive and well-tested Business Continuity Plan that guides us in events like this and allows us to continue to provide services to our clients and respond to all your needs.
You can communicate with us as you always have, by phone or email. We have implemented our web-based phone system to alert each recipient by email if a voice message has been received. Our email software is programed to function through our in-office system, hands-on or remotely, as well as independently through direct cloud retrieval. Be assured that RCG is equipped to provide all the services that we regularly do.
Our highest priority is to ensure the health and safety of our staff, vendors and community. We will continue to follow guidance from national, state and local authorities and keep you informed if any services are impacted.
